NEW ENGLAND TRADE GROUP GIVES $5,000 TO FOOD BANK

BRAINTREE, Mass. -- NEDDA, the New England Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association here, has donated $5,000 to the Greater Boston Food Bank.General Foods, an NEDDA member company, who presented the check.The money donated was raised through ticket sales from NEDDA's 1994 Show Trade Reception in April, which is also supported by sponsor companies. BRAINTREE, Mass. -- NEDDA, the New England Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association here, has donated $5,000 to the Greater Boston Food Bank.

The money donated was raised through ticket sales from NEDDA's 1994 Show Trade Reception in April, which is also supported by sponsor companies. This is the first year NEDDA has been involved in the charity.

The Greater Boston Food Bank serves 227,651 people in eastern Massachusetts. One-third of them are children.
