LOS ANGELES -- New Line Home Video will release the $120 million hit movie "The Mask" on Jan. 19, direct to the sell-through market, in a tie-in with Pop Secret microwave popcorn from General Mills. The title will carry a suggested retail price of $19.98. The order date is Dec. 16 for pre-packs and Jan. 4 for single units. The title will carry a suggested retail price of $19.98. The order date is Dec. 16 for pre-packs and Jan. 4 for single units. "The Mask" will be supported by a $10 million national consumer advertising and promotional campaign, said Michael Karaffa, executive vice president, New Line. The advertising will start on the street date.
