AIB Translates Sanitation Course

AIB has offered courses in Spanish or courses with simultaneous translation for several years.

The staff at AIB is currently translating a course in applied baking technology into Spanish, and that should be released this fall, the institute said.

BEMA Schedules 1995 Event

CHICAGO -- The Bakery Equipment Manufacturers Association's "BEMA Tech '95" conference and trade show is set for Sept. 13 to 15, 1995, at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

The first event of its kind, according to BEMA here, it will combine a series of seminars on technological innovations in the baking and food industries with a trade show featuring 300 exhibits by equipment and ingredients suppliers.

BEMA Tech '95 will be held in a convention center hall adjacent to NAFEM/95, Sept. 14 to 16. NAFEM/95 is a trade show sponsored by the National Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers.
