BOISE, Idaho — Albertsons LLC here said it has named Stewart Edington to the position of vice president, pharmacy operations.
He succeeds Raymond McCall, who left Albertsons to become senior vice president of pharmacy, health and beauty care for Ahold USA.
Edington has been with Albertsons since 2003, when he was hired as a pharmacy manager in the Phoenix area. In 2006 he was named pharmacy manager for the company's Florida division. In his new post he will relocate to Boise.
