Acai Roots Juice can be used for smoothies, bowls or on its own, and is made from 100% organic Brazilian acai berries with no added fillers. “Our juices have the least amount of sugar in the Acai market,” says Marco Rega, co-founder of Acai Roots. “We no longer use Organic Evaporated Cane Sugar in our formula and have replaced it with Organic Agave and Stevia. This has reduced the sugar content from 20-grams to 9-grams per serving.” Acai Roots will release 10.5-ounce bottles, a smaller and on-the-go alternative to their 32-ounce bottles in the coming months. A healthier juice alternative, in general, Acai Roots Juice is gluten-free, vegan, non-GMO and packed with powerful benefits including: antioxidants, omega fatty acids, phytosterols and ORACs (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity). Acai Roots was founded in 2005 by native "cariocas" (Brazilians born in Rio de Janeiro) whose love for acai developed at an early age. The founders' goal was to deliver the great taste of acai while maintaining its unique health benefits—and never sacrificing quality. Today, the brand remains committed to providing the freshest, best-tasting, healthiest acai products, containing 100 percent organic Brazilian acai with no added fillers.
