Bi-Lo offers a standard vaccine, a high-dose vaccine recommended for those 65 and older and an intradermal flu vaccine administered with a microneedle that is 90% smaller than traditional needles. The vaccines cost $24.99 with Bi-Lo Bonuscard, $29.99 and $44.99, respectively.

Bi-Lo has offered Fuelperks rewards to flu shot recipients in the past. An extra 25 cents off per gallon of gas was given on top of the usual 5 cents off per gallon for every $50 spent on groceries.
