BOU, a brand new, better-for-you bouillon cube, has launched with the aim of reinvigorating the stale bouillon category, company officials say.

Offering the benefits of big flavor without compromise, BOU is the only brand of bouillon cubes made and packed in the U.S. with natural ingredients. BOU cubes have 30 percent less salt than other leading brands and no MSG. The cubes conveniently dissolve in hot water, and the hand-selected ingredients contain no added preservatives or GMOs.

“In the past, bouillon cubes were a part of everyone’s kitchen, but they have fallen out of fashion over the last few decades. BOU will revive the bouillon cube for today’s consumers allowing them to enjoy the benefits of cleaner, fresher ingredients with on-the-go convenience,” says BOU’s Principal Founder Robert Jakobi. "BOU will disrupt the market and bring a better-for-you bouillon cube back into people’s everyday lives.”

Available in three flavors initially (Beef, Chicken, and Vegetable), BOU can be found in retailers throughout the Metro New York area
