With 12 grams of protein, 7 grams of fiber and 340 calories, these gluten-free enchiladas are a wholesome and delicious addition to CedarLane’s line of frozen meals. Each enchilada is packed with quinoa, black beans, Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese, as well as roasted Anaheim peppers, tomatillos, corn, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, yellow squash, black olives, and zucchini—all topped with a delicious Poblano Crema sauce. The enchiladas have a suggested retail price of $5.49 per nine-ounce box of two enchiladas. Robert Atallah founded CedarLane with little more than his beloved grandmother’s recipes for hummus, tabouli and other Mediterranean-inspired delights. Now over 30 years later, his dedicated and passionate team has grown while remaining true to Robert’s original mission of creating delicious, satisfying and wholesome products.
