Cobram Estates has introduced its Limited Release 2015 First Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The olive oil is hand selected from the company's favorite olives, picked in mid-March and cold pressed using the company's exclusive ultra premium method. The Extra Virgin olive oil is full of freshness and has a clean and crisp flavor. It delivers a fruity and flavorsome oil, with medium level bitterness and late balanced pungency. It has a vibrant green color and simple packaging. Established in 1998, Cobram Estate is the leading provider of olive oil in Australia, and a leader in Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO). The brand was launched domestically in 2001, distributing through premium stockists including The Essential Ingredient in Melbourne and Sydney, and Black Pearl Epicure in Brisbane.
