Cobram Estates has introduced its Limited Release 2015 First Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The olive oil is hand selected from the company's favorite olives, picked in mid-March and cold pressed using the company's exclusive ultra premium method. The Extra Virgin olive oil is full of freshness and has a clean and crisp flavor. It delivers a fruity and flavorsome oil, with medium level bitterness and late balanced pungency.
