After breaking through with its award-winning line of organic cabbage-based Krauts and healthy Gut Shot probiotic drinks, Farmhouse Culture continues to innovate with four new, globally-inspired varieties of fermented vegetables and a new probiotic-rich snack line.

“Americans are embracing the extensive health benefits of probiotics, and looking for more ways to nurture healthy, good bacteria via real foods,” says John Tucker, Farmhouse Culture CEO. “With our wealth of knowledge on fermentation and experience creating flavorful, healthy products from farm-fresh produce, Farmhouse Culture is in a great position to drive interest in probiotic-rich foods and grow the category.”

New Farmhouse Culture Organic Fermented Vegetables

Spicy, tart and inspired by global flavors, the new line of Farmhouse Culture Organic Fermented Vegetables, are diced and shredded vegetables are hand-crafted for several weeks from organic produce using lactic-acid fermentation. Like the krauts, the vegetables are packaged in a Ferment-o-Vent pouch to let the live active probiotics thrive. The Certified Organic and Non-GMO Project Verified line is available in 12-ounce pouches (for a suggested SRP of $6.99) in four on-trend varieties, including:

·Curry Cauliflower

·Ginger Beets

·Orange Ginger Carrots

·Taqueria Mix (a mix of vegetables including jalapenos, carrots, daikon radish, jicama and onion)

New Farmhouse Culture Kraut Krisps

Sauerkraut and masa serve as the base for Farmhouse Culture’s twist on tortilla chips. After cooking, the light, airy snacks are seasoned with natural herbs and other flavorings, along with a plant-based probiotic strain that has been shown to support digestive and immune health. Also Certified Organic and Non-GMO Project Verified, the line is great for dipping into salsa or hummus, or as a stand-alone snack. The new product is available in five flavors (for a suggested $3.79 SRP per 5-ounce pouch), including:

·Dill Pickle

·Sea Salt

·Smoked Jalapeño

·White Cheddar

·Zesty Garden Veggie

The full line of new Farmhouse Culture products will be available beginning next month.
