Fiber One Celebrates National Cheesecake Day with Launch of Cheesecake Bars

FiberOne logo in a gray background | FiberOneFiber One has introduced two snack bars: Salted Caramel Cheesecake Bars and Fiber One Strawberry Cheesecake Bars. The Cheesecake Bars are a guilt-free treat that have the added benefit of fiber. The bars have layers of graham cracker and creamy cheesecake topped with one of two flavors: strawberry or salted caramel. Each individually packaged bar contains 150 calories and provides 20 percent of the daily value of fiber. This healthier take on a decadent dessert makes for a great snack or dessert, say company officials. To celebrate the launch of this new product, Fiber One is kicking-off its first Cheesecake Appreciation Month by unveiling an edible cheesecake billboard in Grand Central Station on National Cheesecake Day on July 30. From July 30 through August, New York commuters and cheesecake enthusiasts can:

  • Drop by the edible billboard in Vanderbilt Hall in Grand Central Station to sample this new, guilt-free treat. It’s the perfect, guilt-free way to indulge in cheesecake with the added benefit of fiber.

  • Join in on the fun by participating in Fiber One’s cheesecake sweepstakes. Starting July 30, consumers can enter for a chance to win weekly, including new Fiber One Cheesecake Bars and cash prizes with a Grand Prize winner chosen at the end of August.
