Good Culture Debuts Flavored Organic Cottage Cheese
January 1, 2018
Good culture has introduced a line of organic cottage cheese products that feature savory and sweet varieties. Available in delectable strawberry chia, blueberry açai chia, sundried tomato, Mediterranean-inspired kalamata olive and the pure, unadulterated classic, good culture's cottage cheese products are all sold in convenient 5.3 ounce packs. With close attention paid to what today’s health conscious, active population wants, good culture’s proprietary recipe is high in protein, calcium and live probiotic cultures. It’s certified organic, without artificial ingredients. Also, the cows providing the certified, organic milk for good culture are not subjected to artificial hormones or antibiotics and live on sustainable family farms in Wisconsin. Good culture was recently named as a finalist in the World Dairy Innovation Awards 2015. It is low in calories and sugar, and it’s a filling mini-meal – with benefits. The mouthfeel is thicker and creamier, with nary a watery curd in sight. The company will donate one percent of sales to 1% For the Planet, a global organization dedicated to protecting the environment. Good culture, founded by partners Jesse Merrill and Anders Eisner, will be available in the Southern Pacific Region of Whole Foods Market and other natural retailers. A national rollout will follow shortly after.
