House Foods, a tofu purveyor since 1983, has introduced Marinated Tofu Cutlets. Available in Teriyaki, Asian BBQ and Spicy Garlic, the marinated cutlets are Gluten Free and Kosher certified, made with organic tofu, and contain 14-grams of protein per serving. Along with the nutritional benefits of tofu, the product is vegetarian, Non-GMO Project Verified and has no added MSG. House Foods Marinated Tofu Cutlets offer a fast and easy, yet nutritious and tasty meal, for who have been intimidated by tofu or unfamiliar with the preparation process, say company officials. The product is ready to go right out of the package with minimal prep involved. The marinated cutlets are perfect for a savory yet quick and wholesome meal for the entire family, officials add. “Our goal with this new product is to provide additional ways for consumers to eat healthy and enjoy benefits of tofu in a convenient and tasty way,” says Yoko DiFrancia, manager, PR and marketing of House Foods. “Marinated Tofu Cutlets are extremely versatile; ready–to-eat cold straight from the package in a salad or hot as a healthy burger replacement.” House Food’s entire line of tofu includes their Premium Tofu, Organic Tofu, and Tofu Shirataki noodle substitute. Made exclusively with 100 percent U.S. grown soybeans, all tofu products are Non-GMO Project Verified and Kosher certified.
