Looking to support its customers’ healthy lifestyle goals, West Des Moines, Iowa-based Hy-Vee launched its newest ship-to-home e-commerce site, WholeLotta Good. The site offers customers dietitian-approved health and specialty products that can be purchased online and shipped directly to homes across the U.S.
“Hy-Vee’s customers know that when they visit our stores, they can find a full range of products to support their healthy lifestyle goals,” said Randy Edeker, Hy-Vee’s chairman and CEO, in a statement. “With the launch of WholeLotta Good, we can now bring our extensive offerings to customers across the country through a site that’s convenient, affordable and easy to use. It’s all part of our mission to make lives easier, healthier and happier.”
The ship-to-home e-commerce site offers shoppers a wide variety of products, including grocery items, vitamins and supplements, health and beauty products, household supplies and fitness items.
The WholeLotta Good site will also include a blog, which the retailer says will be written by Hy-Vee registered dietitians, offering snack and meal ideas, health and wellness tips, and mindfulness and stress-reduction tips.
Hy-Vee said its customers can visit WholeLotta.com to shop more than 5,000 dietitian-approved products and get health and wellness tips. The site ships to all 50 states, and orders of more than $49 qualify for free shipping with no subscription required.
Last year, the company, which it says is interested in whole-body health for its customers, opened fitness equipment showrooms in select Hy-Vee stores in partnership with Johnson Fitness & Wellness.
Hy-Vee Inc., which recently announced the launch of nationwide subsidiary RedBox Rx, is an employee-owned corporation operating more than 285 retail stores across eight states in the Midwest, with sales of more than $12 billion annually. The company employs more than 91,000 employees.
