Rudi's1 logo in a gray background | Rudi's1Rudi's Gluten-Free Bakery has debuted Gluten-Free Toast. The company has also revamped its Gluten-Free Sandwich Breads, which includes Original, Multigrain and Cinnamon Raisin varieties. Just like all Rudi’s products, the Gluten-Free Toast and Gluten-Free Sandwich Breads are made with simple ingredients and are non-GMO. The company's Gluten-Free Toast is available in two varieties: Garlic, which is made with real garlic and parmesan; and Cheesy, which is made with melted cheddar and gouda cheeses. The non-GMO toast is made with Rudi’s Gluten-Free Sandwich Bread. It is ready and hot from the oven in just minutes. Rudi's reformulated Gluten-Free Sandwich Breads feature an even fluffier texture and better taste, according to the company. The breads have twice as much fiber—the new bread now has 4 grams of fiber per slice—due to the addition of bamboo fiber. In addition to serving as a good source of fiber, bamboo fiber, often referred to as vegetable fiber, acts as a texturizing and water binding agent in Rudi's reformulated Sandwich Breads. It helps to prolong shelf life in a natural, GMO-free way. The company has also removed sugar cane fiber from the formula and reduced eggs whites in its Sandwich Breads. Both Rudi's Gluten-Free Toast and Sandwich Breads can be found in the freezer section of the store.
