Athena, a, structural engineer, Dove model, wellness enthusiast and professional baker has been crafting handmade brownies, old fashioned bakery bars, cookies, crispy rice treats and natural food bars for consumer and wholesale clients for 30 years. “I started this business baking brownies in a hot, 400 square-foot storefront while I was pregnant with my daughter,” says Athena. “Now that we are approaching our thirtieth anniversary and Leila is working alongside me, I can’t think of anything that I would have rather been doing for the last three decades.” Silverland Bakery’s entire selection of baked goods, available bulk as well as retail-ready, are now available online at SilverlandBakery.com/wholesale.
