NEW YORK — SN and New Hope Natural Media, both owned by Penton Media, are planning to launch the Healthy Foods International Exposition and Conference next year in Dallas. The event, scheduled for June 18-19, will provide a business platform for the exchange of information about “healthier-for-you” foods and will seek to bring together food retailing executives, buyers and managers with manufacturers, suppliers and distributors in this rapidly growing product segment.
