Sonoma Flatbreads by Donatos to Launch Gluten-Free Pizzas

Sonoma Flatbreads by Donatos is launching a line of gluten-free pizzas. The gluten-free pizzas come in two sizes: 6.5-inch personal and 10-inch. Each new line will be available in the brand’s restaurant-style flavors in mid-October. “We have developed what we believe is the absolute best gluten-free pizza crust on the market, said Alan Hoover, general manager of Jane’s Dough Foods, maker of Sonoma Flatbreads. "It has a crispy, yet tender texture that is very different from competitive offerings, which are typically very chewy. When we combined this new crispy crust with our flavorful sauce and toppings, we created an amazing pizza." “Our overarching goal is to redefine the gluten-free taste experience by creating fabulous tasting pizzas that will improve consumers’ lives – and now with the addition of the new sizes and the new crust, we are giving our customers even more options to enjoy their favorite gluten-free pizza,” Hoover says. Sonoma Flatbreads offers four gluten-free pizzas in each size. The four varieties include Chicken & Fire Roasted Peppers, Uncured Pepperoni, Four Cheese and Vegetable. The 6.5-inch Personal Pizza Size will retail for $5.99, while the 10-inch Pizza Size will retail for $7.99.
