Viki's Foods Adds Flavors to Soft-Baked Granola Line

Vikis logo in a gray background | VikisViki's Foods will showcase its newest soft-baked granola offerings, Viki’s Cinnamon Apple Granola and Viki’s Banana Walnut Granola at the Summer Fancy Food Show, which will be held June 28-30. Both Viki’s Cinnamon Apple Granola and Viki’s Banana Walnut Granola are additions to the company's soft-baked granola. Viki’s Cinnamon Apple Granola is a blend of gluten-free oats, organic honey, and unsweetened coconut, mixed with dried sweetened apples, raisins and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Viki’s Banana Walnut Granola is a blend of gluten-free oats, organic honey, and unsweetened coconut, enhanced with banana chips and omega-3 rich walnuts. Viki’s Foods never adds refined sugar, fillers or preservatives, and its baking process results in a taste and texture that is different, healthier and tastier than other granolas on the market, say company officials. Both products are gluten free, Non-GMO Verified, cholesterol-, sodium-, and dairy-free, have zero trans fats and are Kosher Pareve. Viki’s Foods was founded in 2009, when, former stay-at-home mom, Viki Sater, donated a batch of homemade granola to her daughter’s school charity event. After receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback from the school community, Sater realized that she had created something special. By 2010, she had rented a commercial kitchen space and began the journey to launch the granola brand in the U.S.
