Observing the fan base grow by connecting to human needs and selling signature items that promote the idea of customers becoming fans.

What inspires your leadership approach?

By relying on my faith, I try to steward my team through servant leadership, putting their needs before mine. I try to encourage my team to make decisions that impact people positively at every level.

What do you cherish most about being a part of the grocery business?

By performing our job well, we are given a chance to offer something special and touch people in a positive way.
