What’s the most rewarding aspect of your job?

The most rewarding part of my job is helping retailers create a store layout that is very functional and has a “wow” factor for customers.

What inspires your leadership approach?

Helping others grow as individuals while making a team stronger and more balanced. I feel good when one of my team members comes up with a better idea than me and I think, why didn’t I come up with that. It is most rewarding when we all help each other grow.

What do you value most about being a part of the grocery business?

It touches everyone’s lives one way or another. I like knowing that I am helping to improve shopping experiences while cutting down food waste.

Favorite food?

I like a wide range of foods but if I could only have one thing, it would be a simple saltine cracker.
