What’s the most rewarding aspect of your job?
The most rewarding aspect of my job are the people. From my colleagues to the vendors, from the chefs to the customers, everyone has such an appetite for what they do, make, create and eat.
What inspires your leadership approach?
My leadership approach is a little silly and a lot of hard work, but at the end of the day, my goal is to inspire others to reach for whatever they want to achieve.
What do you value most about being a part of the grocery business?
I most value the community to which I belong, because without the people, it would just be an empty cart.
