The most rewarding part of my job would be finding the right applicant for the right position and ultimately giving someone a job.

What do you value most about being a part of the grocery business?
I’ve worked in the grocery business as a manager. So I can genuinely relate to our managers, district managers and the people that I’m hiring. Having insight as to what they do and their day-to-day operations makes me a better recruiter.
