What inspires your leadership approach?
I have been very fortunate to work with many great leaders throughout my career. Collaborating as a team always delivers the best results. Recognizing the strengths in others provides endless possibilities for success.
What do you value most about being a part of the grocery business?
Food is life. I greatly value being part of a segment in the industry that celebrates people in small ways every day, as well as milestone events in their lives.
