What’s the most rewarding aspect of your job?
The most rewarding aspect of my job is witnessing the success of an associate in which I coached, mentored and/or had a part in leading them to his/her success.
What inspires your leadership approach?
My leadership style stems from a promise I made to myself early on in my career as I was moving up. I committed to myself that I would never forget what it is like to be on the front line working in a store.
What do you value most about being a part of the grocery business?
The community of people in which I have become an integral part of is invaluable. I met my husband of 36 years at the store and continue to make lasting friendships amongst co-workers and vendor partners.
Favorite food: Chips and salsa.
