What inspires your leadership approach?
My leadership approach is simple. Treat and guide others in a way that you would want to be treated and guided. Be approachable. You’ll never what your team is capable of if they shy away from interacting with you.
How would you define a Champion of Change?
Someone who is continuously looking to improve methods and build upon new ideas. I call this a “yes and” mentality. Yes, I like this new idea and how can I contribute to further us in this direction? They’ll challenge themselves to actively participate creating change.
How do you effect change in your organization/store?
I put a high priority on diverse ways of thinking. Collaboration with those who have a difference in opinion generates a creative outcome that serves all involved.
Favorite food: Pasta.
