Engage3 Appoints Morgan Seybert Chief Customer Officer

Former Nielsen, Coca-Cola exec to lead competitive and pricing software solutions. The former Nielsen, Kantar and Coca-Cola executive will lead the data software firm's competitive intelligence and price image management solutions.

Morgan Seybert, a veteran analytics and product leader with experience at Nielsen, Coca-Cola Co. and Kantar Retail, among others, has joined the retail data analytics firm Engage3 as its chief customer officer.

Seybert will lead Engage3’s customer success organization, which enables clients to drive quantifiable value from its Competitive Intelligence Management and Price Image Management software solutions.  

Engage3 described Seybert as a versatile analytics and product leader who has been an adviser to more than 65% of Fortune 500 fast-moving consumer goods retailers and manufacturers. He is joining Engage3 from Nielsen, where he was managing director of the U.S. analytics unit, leading a portfolio that included revenue management, assortment optimization and shopper analytics.

Prior to his six years at Nielsen, Seybert led trade strategy and insights at Coca-Cola, was a pricing practice area lead with Kantar Retail, and led shopper insights programs with Cannondale Associates.

Seybert received his Bachelor of Arts in economics and political science from Williams College in Williamstown, Mass.

Davis, Calif.-based Engage3 was founded by the creators of Khimetrics and credited with inventing the retail price optimization space. Engage3's leadership team is composed of former Khimetrics, SAP, Revionics, dunnhumby, KSS Retail, IBM/DemandTec and Nielsen executives.

Its products include Competitive Intelligence Management and Price Image Management software.
