Supervalu Taps Four IS Directors

e has reorganized its information services department by region and named four executives regional directors, all new positions.

Jerry Burke, Paul Dussault, Tina Moore and Roger Squire were named regional directors of information services. Each reports directly to Jim Payne, corporate general director of regional information services.

Burke was named regional IS director of Supervalu's Northern region, which encompasses its Bismarck and Fargo, N.D.; Des Moines, and Minneapolis divisions. He previously served as manager of IS for the Minneapolis division.

Dussault was named director for the Northeast region, comprising the Mid-Atlantic; Pittsburgh; Milton, W.Va.; Keene, N.H.; Sweet Life, and Maine divisions. He formerly served as corporate director of data processing operations for Sweet Life.

Moore was appointed director for the Southeast, which includes the Lewis Grocer; Quincy, Fla.; Anniston, Ala., and Atlanta divisions. She most recently served as corporate manager of retail pricing.

Squire was named Midwest director. He is responsible for the Great Lakes, JM Jones, St. Louis and Scott City, Mo., divisions. He was manager of information services for Supervalu's Food Marketing division.
