ALBERTSONS, KMART NAME LOGISTICS EXECS

st week named former Wal-Mart executive Mike Czuchra as its director of logistics and transportation. A 15-year logistics veteran, Czuchra, 39, was most recently divisional logistics manager for global supply chain for Wal-Mart, Bentonville, Ark., where he maintained division-level responsibility for evaluating stock, replenishment and transportation. Separately, Kmart, Troy, Mich., has tapped former Carrefour executive Bruce Johnson to be its senior vice president of supply chain and operations. Johnson held the same title at Paris-based mass retailer Carrefour.
