KROGER PROMOTES LOGISTICS EXECUTIVES
CINCINNATI -- Kroger here has promoted WIlliam T. Boehm to senior vice president and president of Kroger Manufacturing, responsible for all food-processing operations. Boehm previously served as group vice president of logistics, a position he held since 2001. He succeeds Geoffrey J. Covert, who is on special assignment. Kroger also promoted Kevin M. Dougherty to group vice president of logistics, responsible for Kroger's nationwide logistics network and supply chain operations. Dougherty joined Kroger in 2001 as vice president, supply chain operations.
