Kantar’s Gildenberg on Wal-Mart: Format Diversification

Wal-Mart Stores could eventually operate a whole range of formats, ranging from the very small to the very large, across the U.S., according to Bryan Gildenberg, chief knowledge officer, Kantar Retail. In the first of a series of video interviews, Gildenberg discusses urban retailing and the Walmart Express and Neighborhood Market formats.
