Kroger and United Food and Commercial Workers Ratify Agreement in Michigan

NOVI, MI - June 21, 2010 - Associates of The Kroger Co. of Michigan, an affiliate of The Kroger Co. (NYSE: KR), have ratified an agreement with United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW) Local 876.


The agreement covers over 12,000 Kroger associates who work in 118 stores in Michigan.
