CINCINNATI — Procter & Gamble is using an online game to encourage Kroger Co. shoppers to stock up on its coupons.

To play the "Spin to Win" game, shoppers must download four P&G digital coupons from the Kroger website to their loyalty cards. Once they do, they get a chance to “spin” an online game wheel and win an electronic coupon for $1 to $4 off a shopping order. The coupon is automatically loaded to the shopper’s loyalty card. They can play once every day.

The promotion kicked off Aug. 28 and runs through Sept. 10. P&G offers several dozen digital coupons on Kroger.com. They include 50 cents off Bounce dryer sheets, 25 cents off Bounty paper towels, $1 of Cascade dish detergent and $1 off Crest.
