Kroger, United Food, Commercial Workers Ratify Agreement in Dallas

DALLAS – Kroger Texas L.P., an affiliate of The Kroger Co. (NYSE: KR), announced today that its associates have ratified an agreement with United Food and Commercial Workers (U.F.C.W.) Local 1000.


The agreement covers over 8,000 Kroger associates who work in 90 stores in and around Dallas for Kroger Texas L.P. (“Kroger Southwest”).


“The company and the union worked together to reach an agreement that is good for our associates, good for our customers and good for our company,” said Bill Breetz, President of Kroger Southwest. “We look forward to continuing to provide quality jobs for our associates and a great shopping experience for our customers.”
