Online grocer Peapod announced this week a new collaboration with digital influencer Gina Homolka, a No. 1 New York Times best-selling author who runs a popular website called Skinnytaste that is known for its meal planning tips and recipes. This most recent collaboration marks the second time Peapod and Homolka have joined forces.

Homolka’s latest book, "The Skinnytaste Air Fryer Cookbook," highlights the growing popularity of air fryers, and Peapod is partnering with her to serve up meal kits assembled to Skinnytaste recipes. For a limited-time, Peapod has for sale a meal kit for Homolka’s Cornflake-Crusted "Fried" Chicken with Romaine Slaw recipe. Additional recipes from Gina’s cookbook will include Fried Pickle Chips with Cajun Buttermilk Ranch, and the Very Berry Mini Pie.

"Gina's Chicken Cacciatore Meal Kit was one of Peapod's best-selling meal kits, and it was a natural choice to collaborate again," said Spencer Baird, SVP of merchandising for Peapod. "We are excited to team up with her to create another unique meal kit offering and offer our customers the ease and convenience of ready-to-cook options."

"I'm excited to share my recipes through Peapod again," said Homolka. "Many of my readers are busy families who enjoy the ease of grocery delivery through Peapod. Air fryers are all about making great meals simpler, and a meal kit takes that vision even one step further."

Over the past five years, Peapod has offered chef-inspired meal kits and shoppable recipes. Earlier this year, Peapod collaborated with food writer Mark Bittman to highlight selections from his latest cookbook, "Dinner for Everyone," as well as celebrity chef Stephanie Izard to highlight her line of globally inspired cooking sauces and spices, This Little Goat.
