Shoppers Choose New Sub at Publix

LAKELAND, Fla. — Publix Super Markets is creating a new shopper-created fresh prepared hero.

Each day this week, the retailer let shoppers vote on a different part of the sandwich, including bread, meat, cheese and add-ons.

The voting takes place on the Publix Facebook page.

“Okay, fans — let’s build the Publix Fan Sub! All this week, YOU choose all the ingredients for your perfect sub,” Publix wrote on its Facebook page.

The winning creation will be revealed Friday on the Publix Facebook page.
