It’s a star-studded lineup for the upcoming IDDBA Show, to be held June 5-7 in Atlanta. During general sessions, attendees of the International Dairy Deli Bakery Association’s 2022 show—which brings together decision-makers in the dairy, deli, bakery, and foodservice sectors—will hear from actress Nicole Kidman, NASCAR legend Dale Earnhardt Jr. and former NFL player Jon Dorenbos.
Attendees will also garner lessons and gain insights from customer service and leadership expert Dennis Snow and award-winning storyteller Kindra Hall. Also on the books: a can’t-miss performance from Tim McGraw.

8 to 8:35 a.m., Opening Address: Gaetano Auricchio, chair of the IDDBA board from 2019-2021 and EVP of BelGioioso Cheese Inc., and Dotty VanderMolen, current chair of the board and Midwest director of Advantage Fresh, welcome everyone to IDDBA 2022.
8:45 to 9:10 a.m., Legacy of Leadership Recognition: IDDBA will recognize 54 past presidents/chairs of the board that have served its association as well as additional past leaders.
9:10 to 10 a.m., General Session With Kindra Hall: Author of “Stories that Stick” and the newly released “Choose Your Story, Change Your Life,” Kindra Hall will share how strategic storytelling can help captivate customers, influence behavior and transform businesses.
10:00 to 11 a.m., General Session With Jon Dorenbos: Magician, motivator and former NFL player Jon Dorenbos will take from his book “Life is Magic: My Inspiring Journey From Tragedy to Self-Discovery” and inspire attendees to seeing their own obstacles as opportunities.

8 to 8:30 p.m., General Session With Dennis Snow: Customer service and leadership expert Dennis Snow—who worked for Walt Disney World for 20 years and helped created the Disney Traditions program, which has been recognized as a benchmark in corporate training—will share strategies for creating the foundations for a culture of service excellence.
8:30 to 9 a.m., General Session with Mike Eardley: IDDBA President and CEO Mike Eardley will touch on the importance of investing in employees and staff, as well as the future of deli, bakery, e-commerce and even cryptocurrency.
9 to 10 a.m., General Session With Nicole Kidman: Award-winning actress and producer Nicole Kidman is also goodwill ambassador of the United Nations Development Fund for Women, UN Women, and in 2020, she joined health, wellness and beauty company SeraLabs as a strategic business partner and global brand ambassador.
10 to 11 a.m., Champions of Change Awards: IDDBA and WGB will recognize the outstanding accomplishments of individuals in the bakery, deli, foodservice/prepared foods and dairy communities who have demonstrated a commitment to excellence and who have produced superior results in the previous year, as well as in 2020 and 2021.

9 to 10 a.m., General Session With Dale Earnhardt Jr.: NASCAR legend Dale Earnhardt Jr. who wrote “Racing to the Finish: My Story” with ESPN scribe Ryan McGee detailing his battle with multiple concussions that affected his life, livelihood and future in the sport, aims to inspire others to gain strength to face their own challenges.
