"We were happy about the decision, as were our associates," Moser said. "We just hope the UFCW decides to abide by the order."

Moser noted that the union, as well as charitable groups, could still solicit in store parking lots, according to Wal-Mart policy.

A spokesman for the union could not be reached for comment.
