ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Wegmans Food Markets is marking the 10th anniversary of its Menu Magazine with a “Products We Love” contest focused on private brands.
To participate shoppers must subscribe to Wegmans Fresh Stories blog by email and submit a comment about which Wegmans brand product they’ve fallen in love with over the past decade and why.
One entrant wrote: “I love Wegmans' solid white tuna packed in water. It’s the best quality of any canned tuna I’ve ever had, and a great bargain to boot — always the lowest price.”
Submissions must be received by Feb. 28 to be included in the contest drawing.
A winner will be selected at random, announced on the blog and awarded a gift basket of “Products We Love” from the winter issue of Menu Magazine. A $110 value, it includes Wegmans 12-inch saute pan, Wegmans Basting Oil, Pumpkin Seed Oil, Thai Culinary Stock, Super Pasta and more. A $40 gift card is included for the value of featured perishable items.
