Wegmans Suggests St. Patrick's Pairing

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Wegmans Food Markets is suggesting an Irish beer and cheese pairing in honor of St. Patrick’s Day.

Complementing the flavors of Kerrygold Dubliner with Irish Stout cheese and Vintage Dubliner cheese is Guinness beer, according to the retailer.

It describes Kerrygold Dubliner as having sweet, nutty, rich flavor swirled with the malty, caramel and bitter flavors of Irish Stout, while Vintage Dubliner has rich cheddar, sweet-nutty Swiss and Parmesan flavors.
