Winn-Dixie Promotes Valentine Express Lane

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Winn-Dixie stores will be offering their customers a one-stop shop for Valentine’s Day this year, with flowers, cards, chocolates, gifts, gift cards and all the ingredients needed for a romantic dinner at home, including wine or champagne.

Shoppers purchasing these items will have access to a special “Valentine Express Lane” near each store’s floral department, Feb. 12-14.

“We want to help customers celebrate Valentine’s Day by having a variety of quality Valentine gifts and services to choose from that fit their needs, budget and schedule,” Robin Lake Miller, director of communications for Winn-Dixie, said in a release. “We are also offering on-site flower wrapping services.”

The company’s floral departments will offer 30 specialty balloons, as well as five varieties of rose bouquets with a complimentary vase and gift bag starting at $19.99, and 11 different mixed bouquets ranging from $7 to $70.
