RENTON, Wash. — The Seattle Seahawks and Albertsons said they have launched a new promotion through which Albertsons customers will get a discount for wearing a Seahawks jersey while shopping.

Customers wearing the football team’s jersey at any of 64 participating Washington state Albertsons stores on Seahawks game days throughout the regular season will receive a 10% discount on their total purchase. The discount does not apply to dairy, prescriptions, alcohol, tobacco, gift cards, money orders, lottery tickets and other items prohibited by law.
“Albertsons has had a home in Washington for more than 60 years, and we love supporting our home team," said Dennis Bassler, president of Albertsons Northwest Division, in a statement.
