Skogen’s Festival Foods has made a healthier version of its popular store-made brats by using chicken.

The chicken brats contain 50-510 mg of sodium, compared to 600-1000 mg for regular brats, according to a blog post by Festival dietitian Brittany Nikolich. Each chicken link has less than 200 calories, vs. 270 calories for traditional brats.

The brats are available in six flavors: Fiesta Cheddar, Cherry Cayenne, Philly Cheese, Sweet Italian Mozzarella, Sweet Onion Teriyaki and Tomato Basil.

Not all flavors will be available at all Festival Food locations.
