FREEHOLD, N.J. -- Food-arama Supermarkets here said last month it has agreed to repurchase 7.3% of its common stock from the Dinger Group, a private estate, for $3.5 million. The stock price was set at $44.50, and the action is in conjunction with Foodarama's stock repurchase program announced last year.
