The new store will be located at 2240 Ambassador Caffery Parkway, according to published reports. A Brookshire spokesperson confirmed that the grocer will be opening a new location at the site, but additional details were not immediately available.

According to local news station KLFY.com, the store will take the place of a Shoppers Value store in the Marketplace Plaza shopping center.

Our company’s mission is to create and deliver exceptional shopping experiences and value to our customers, and we can’t wait to serve Lafayette with this new location.”

The new store reportedly will be Brookshire’s 51st Super 1 Foods location.
