FRAMINGHAM, Mass. — Cumberland Farms will now sell pizza slices, grilled hot dogs and fried foods at a new store in Boston.

The convenience store chain’s first urban store since 1981 also features touchscreen ordering kiosks for customizable meals.

A grand opening celebration on Nov. 19 will include free samples of the new menu items as well as an appearance by Boston Red Sox mascot Wally the Green Monster.

“With our brand new look and store concept, we felt the timing was right for us to provide this vibrant neighborhood with a convenient, affordable option for freshly prepared food and our every day convenience items," Ari Haseotes, President of Cumberland Farms, said in a press release.

For the first month of business, the Boston store will donate 10 cents from every iced or hot coffee, brewed tea, fountain soda and Chill Zone drink purchase to Boston Medical Center.
