Gallery: Lunds new prepared-foods emporium

Lunds and Byerly’s Kitchen, a new foodservice-focused format in Wayzata, Minn., from Lunds Food Holdings, focuses on freshly prepared offerings. The 17,000-square-foot space includes plenty of chef-driven theater, a dining area, a wine and beer bar and a charcuterie featuring cut-to-order Italian meats. It also includes a Caribou Coffee outlet where beans will be roasted on-site.
“We are committed to continuously pushing the envelope for food innovation,” said Tres Lund, CEO of Lund Food Holdings, in a statement on the company’s website. “Lunds and Byerly’s Kitchen is the next evolution of our foodservice offerings.”
The store also includes “a tailored selection of produce, groceries and specialty products,” the website notes.
