Gallery: Roche Bros. opens Brothers Marketplace

Roche Bros. opened the first store in a new banner, Brothers Marketplace, in Weston, Mass., on May 18. Dubbed a “next generation community market,” the store hopes to take advantage of consumers’ growing interest in where their food comes from.

Brothers Marketplace showcases local and regional purveyors in the fresh departments, as well as packaged foods. Prepared foods also receive special attention.

The retailer plans to open a second location in Medfield this summer.
