Giant Food Stores Introduces Di Bruno Bros. Cheese Shop

GIANT Food Stores, in partnership with Philadelphia food icon Di Bruno Bros., is opening a brand new cheese and specialty food shop for Central Pennsylvania customers. Located within the GIANT Super Food Store at 3301 Trindle Road in Camp Hill, Di Bruno Bros. Cheese Shop will open for business on Thursday, January 24 at 11 a.m. with an official Parmigiano Reggiano cracking to mark the occasion. “We are thrilled to welcome the celebrated Di Bruno Bros. to our Camp Hill Super Store,” said Rick Herring, President, GIANT Food Stores. “By partnering with Di Bruno Bros, we’ll be introducing our customers to an amazing variety of high quality, innovative specialty foods and products from Philadelphia’s authentic cheese experts.” Open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, Di Bruno Bros. Cheese Shop features a selection of fine imported foods, offering more than 125 varieties of homemade, national, and international cheeses and nearly 60 kinds of cured meats and antipasti. Customers will also find crackers, jams, jellies, oils, and sauces. Di Bruno Bros. culinary pioneers– knowledgeable and passionate associates – are available to educate customers on cheese selections and help them discover unique meal or snack pairings and product preparation. “While we have grown significantly within the Philadelphia market, we are excited to expand our business and the Di Bruno Bros. legacy into Central Pennsylvania,” said Bill Mignucci, Jr., President, Di Bruno Bros. “This partnership will allow us to share our spirit of culinary pioneering with GIANT customers so that they too can enjoy the vast world of cheese and the numerous accompaniments available to create delicious and interesting pairings every day.” Di Bruno Bros. has a significant history in the specialty foods market and has always strived to stay ahead of the curve by continuing to explore and discover culinary trends and developments in the food industry. Established in 1939 by Danny, Joe, and Thomas Di Bruno, the company began as a small grocery store on 9th Street in Philadelphia’s historic Italian Market district, where the Di Bruno Bros. flagship store is still located today.
