DALLAS -- Kimberly-Clark has launched a redesigned line of Huggies diapers across its European markets. Research conducted by Kimberly-Clark in Europe has led to a new approach, the company said, dividing diaper-age children into three groups. "Beginnings," from birth to 3 months; "Freedom," 4-plus months; and "Adventurers," for babies over 12 months. Product improvements include a softer outer cover and leak guards for the first stage, greater absorbency for the next, and a new super-premium, better-fitting diaper for the "Adventurers." During the first quarter, Kimberly-Clark will introduce the new line to each of its seven European markets, backed by a multimillion-dollar ad campaign.
